You didn't understand what I mean, Not a New game, Edit it or add a new plugin, Through it you can play with your friends solo and just the players in your party can join private game.

Yes. Automatic countdown starts Even if they were two in private games.

I get what you are saying, maybe it won't increase the lag, i don't know.
But other games would take more time to fill for sure, one of the intentions ( if im not wrong ) of the last update was to fill games faster, that's why they removed lobbys and games that weren't popular. Creating private games won't help.
