No, i'm sorry but this is not possible. I don't think it will ever be possible.
If another player is not very good you can maybe play team games with them to help them get points.

This is currently not possible and will probably never be just like @SlainByMe said. The reason is because it can get abused a LOT. Let's say that you are hacking on an alt, you then got 5,000 points and send them over too your main account. That's how it can be abused. ;)

"You will be kicked for inactivity," during the wait for games is ridiculous? Especially when playing early in the morning with so few players online and wait times are long. I'm tabbing out of the game for obvious reasons until it starts. This should only be a thing when the games have started.
