Why do you wanna stop team changing in blockwars? This would be unfair for the other people in the other team like you team is with 8people and the other team has just 1person...

There is a reason for that. If several people from the same team leave the game, it would go from 8 vs 8 to like 4 vs 8.
That is more annoying, people would whine way more about unequal teams then they would about equal teams.

Okay, wait. Let me say this comparison.

A bigger map with 8 vs 8 and two players from the same team leave the game, so it is 8 vs 6 now.
A smaller map with 6 vs 6 and two player from the same team leave the game, so it is 6 vs 4 now.

With both comparisons is it not fair, so this does not work :)
