I don't know if this is the right place to put this but you can get ipbanned on bedrock or can you just create a new account and play on futher on that account

It's not allowed to bypass bans (except for name/skin bans thanks Matriox). So if someone on your ip is banned, you're not allowed to play anymore. Even if it was someone else like your brother. Next time, you could post this in the support forums.
