Phids caught hacking

So I was going through Phids on YouTube and came across him flying around the map while we has not supposed to be. Since flying in cubecraft is a bannable offense action must be taken to this player. Thank you and here is the link to him flying. Have a great day :)

Hmm.... That's a glitch of when using the cowboy gadget and the player leaves.

Basically, the cowboy gadget spawns an invisible bat that rides the target player, and then you ride the bat.
If the target player leaves the lobby, the invisible bat stays and you can fly around on it. You can't control it though.
BTW Your image and Phids' look similar...
