Implemented Particles if a multiplier is active

At the time of taking this image, there was an active multiplier for Tower Defence. Though, players won't know about that if they don't play the game

I'm suggesting to add some particles surrounding the NPC to indicate an active point multiplier

I'd prefer these particles to be green (happyVillager) or white (fireworkSpark)

Yes, please! A few weeks ago I activated several SkyWars multipliers and only showed a message in the chat that was enabled.

Since the name of the person who activated it isn’t shown in the compass menu anymore, I’d also like to see an extra hologram (like the ones added for new maps/updates) with a message like “cubecraft_6 has activated double points!”.
