he either got him from a knockback brick or he flew up there with his huzuni hacks, and thats a bug exploit and he can get banned for it

I've TP'd multiple people back in the map as glitches do happen, but i have never seen a player on the walls, although there is no actual proof of him/her hacking, it could be an indication.

Well this is is a bug that the staff are aware of and this is against the rules usually people just use a knockback brick off the potions shop and they go outside the map, if you could ask him to try and leave that part please do so because he could get banned for doing that.
