Artwork New skins and mc account help?

Hi I'm MCP21 (short for my name) and I am creating a new minecraft account since I am giving mine to my younger brother (dont worry you wont see a MinecraftPenguin21 on ccg, that is my forums name, my mc account name was zakiwakichan) but you didn't need to read that because I'm getting a fresh new account! But I'm kinda stuck on what name I should have, I was thinking of having MinecraftPenguin21 but I wanted to look at your suggestions :P.

Along with that I am also having a new skin for it! I hope you like it, it took me ages to make. Also tell me what you think of my new skin!
