New Server Version?

What if cubecraft had another server where there were mods and stuff. Things like there would be a vote poll things like hexxit with all the weapons and it would be like a cool versions. Cubecraft hexxit server or just a modpack with a lot of swords. And then there would be a live stream where it would showcase the new server for the voted modpack.
Polls could be set up like
Hexxit
Crazy Craft
Or maybe just a mod? It would make it really cool if they added a cubecraft modpack server? Would that be cool? I think it would because it would add a twist with all the armor and swords!
I hope this becomes a thing. Do you?

No not a new server, but it would have the same lobby and everything, but it would have a mod where there would be more swords and armor to give all the games a twist. And you would have to download the mods in order to play on the modded version

As far as I know, Cubecraft is a vanilla server so it wouldn't fit... :/

We dont really need this since making custom tools and armour can be done in vanilla minecraft.Plus if we wait for 1.13 to release we can make even more custom items.

Mojang calls plugins mods because they modify the game. So since we already have a "modded" server, why should we need more?

Well actually, @MimicPanda, we wouldn't be able to use anything from 1.13, because Cubecraft is still running from 1.9 (for some reason). That's why shields still suck on Cubecraft and why we don't see any 1.10+ blocks, mobs, or items.

I know,but they cant support 1.9 forever.Plus maybe 1.13 is gonna be good for the server since it adds a ton a server side features like data packs,custom crafting and unlimited blocks.We cant just keep supporting 1.9 because as a result of this we would be missing out on a whole lot of features from the future versions.
