New offense while reporting v2

Okay , I know I've suggested this before but now it is very useful , last I suggested a offense named Asking for ranks while reporting some people find it useless but when sale starts their all asking ' Can you buy a rank for me it's 50 % sale ' and asking for ranks is so annoying , I know we can ignore it but they won't stop asking , so it's pretty fine if we can report these people in the offense ; asking for ranks ( and that's why I am suggesting this to bring up this new offense ) . :)

This is actually already a reportable offence and is in the rules, but you do have to give a warning for it. (:
