New Off-Topic Sub-Forum

I think that a new sub-forum in off-topic called random or other would be good because some people might have random things they want to say or start a conversation about but at the current moment (as far as I know) there is no where that you can make a post of this kind.

You can post anything within the "Off Topic" section, so thats "Media". I wouldn't really put anything in software/coding or hardware. Just stick to media. I have asked for the other thread to be locked. You don't want both to be locked.
