Some members hate it when someone posts a useless thread on the suggestions forum. Add a new forums section called “fun posts” or “pointless posts”, since fun should be allowed

Everything else is basically already this, however, I see what you mean.
It would be fun to have a section for pure fun, without any non-trolling rules.
