I support both ideas, because I think we as players should be allowed to share CubeCraft related links (like the Official Rules - https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/official-rules.134453/) to help other players who need help.
Also, your command suggestion is great! When you type /report, you will get a message which says: Unknown command. Type ''/help'' for help.
As you said in your suggestion, when you type /report you will get a message like: Report rulebreakers here or Report rulebreakers at reports.cubecraft.net.
That would be a lot better! :)

This would make it harder to a address specific points such as how to report.
I know, it's only 1 step away, but never overestimate a cubecrafter.

I've suggested this one 1000 times. A number of clueless players that play. Don't even get me started.
I too get asked for help a lot of the time with Discord, forums etc.

This looks really good, you have thought of this very well. But in my opinion, it looks a bit more neat if the arrows and the links are all in a straight line at the right side.

Great idea! Love this suggestion as it will be so much more easy to help people with their doubts. And if they just allowed cubecraft links it would be a lot harder as you would have to go to website and find the link, but with the command its a lot faster and easier, that way the player can get to the website that cubecraft wants them to go on.

They could add a cooldown to it, it's to avoid spam.

Like the idea but It would not broadcast it. Here is an example.

Chat: only the player who typed the command can see it

What if instead, we have another item added to the hot-bar?

Spoiler: "X" marks the spot

Hovering your mouse over the items would show a short description of it such as :
Report - Where you report rule breakers.
Report guidelines/tutorial - How to create an account to report players ... etc

I think that would be better than having to memorize all commands.
EDIT: Once you click on the item on the GUI, it would send you the link through the chat-box.

So basically, I was in a random lobby, and someone asked, where can I apply for Helper/Mod/Staff?
So I thought, I'll help him, I wanted to say: https://www.cubecraft.net/forums/staff-applications.54/
But I couldn't.
I think it's a good idea to add a few commands that will directly send members to the forum or to the store.
Here are a few commands I'd like to see:

/store -> https://store.cubecraft.net/
/appeal -> https://appeals.cubecraft.net/ (/appeals will do the same.)
/report -> https://reports.cubecraft.net/report
/youtube -> https://www.youtube.com/user/cubecraftgamesserver
/twitter -> https://twitter.com/CubeCraftGames
/twitch -> https://www.twitch.tv/ccgn
/socialmedia -> https://www.youtube.com/user/cubecraftgamesserver
