New Co-op (coal)

I've been playing Co-op skyblock with another player whom I'm starting to dislike
If I were to leave the team/island, will the other player be able to continue and invite someone else? Or is everything reset?

After I leave, will I be able to start my own Co-op island?

If you leave the island the other player would be able to continue.
the island will that the same. After you leave you can start afresh island or join someone else island.

I know you can kick and remove people. but I don't know if it will reset like that. I played it with a friend who owned the island. so can't talk much about it. I only know this.
