my report button is broke

I tried to report someone for faul languane/death threat but if I try to push the report button it send me to a screen what says that the page doesn't exist. so can someone help me with that?

You mean that message ''Out of combat''. its because your in a game. You need to leave the combat, to report someone. You can always go on the site to report someone!
