My points and stats dissapear

Hi to all cubecraft comunnity.

Today I was planning to play some games in hunger games (survival games) with a friend and to use my new tank kit, which i used just one time.

I joined a game and i try to choose the kit but it said i haven´t bought it. At that time I thought it was a bug so i play the match. When it finished, before join another match, i went to the shop to see if i bought the kit. I hadnt bought it.

So, next i thought i was about to buy it, I thought I had almost points to do it. No, I had 0 points. Then I realized that my stats were all in 0 too. So what happened? Which is the objective of coins and stats if they are reset from one day yo another?

This has happened to me in the past it usually happens once in a while but your points will come back the next day or in a few hours.

It happened to me, 100,000 points down the drain.... eh, wasn't bothered now the EULA sorta crushed my heart </3
