My chat is muted even though I did nothing wrong

Ever since I joined cubecraft my chat has been muted even though I did nothing wrong..... I need help

What do you mean by your chat has been muted? Are you saying you are unable to send messages anywhere on our server, or that you can not see messages?

i am unable to send messages. Every time I try the chat says message not sent.

I also don't think my chat is turned off I can use commands.

I think you may have turned off chat on cubecraft using the cubecraft settings. To turn your chat back on please log onto Cubecraft. From there please click the chest in your hot bar to open the settings tab. From there the second last setting you should see is receive chat. Click that so it turns green if it is not green already. If this did not fix your problem then please let me know @HashbrownJoe600
