My account was stolen 3 years ago Banned

my account was stolen 3 years ago and now I recovered and logged in the server appeared ban I would never use hack was the person who stole me who used i had vip obsidian i spent over 160euros for vip
Please help me now that I recovered the account I wanted to remove the ban that was not me who did it bought VIP I spent a lot of money there as I said I would never use hack for whoever robbed me used :(
