Mojang EULA Changes | How Will this affect servers?

Basically to people who do not already know, mojang has recently updated the EULA, or The End User License Agreement.
It is a contract between the author and person purchaser or tester etc
Mojang added or revamped if you like a new rule to the EULA and it is going to send minecraft to hell.

Basically it states that servers can no longer sell in game items IN MINECRAFT for real life money.
Meaning that people have no real reason to donate, because people prefer to get perks and stuff from it.
There are very few Nice people out there who are likely to donate for no perks so servers will not make enough money to support the server and protect it from DDOS Protection, therefore it will go down due to lack of funds.

It has the same issue for this server just as well as any other.

NO! Ccg is the server I play on the most! Why mojang! Servers are the things that brought most players to minecraft. Change that, and poof. Millions stop playing minecraft. That simple.

ADDON: Forgot to mention, it was done because lots of servers are abusing this feature. Ranging ranks from £1000 - £20,000 !!
People also were suggesting that Mojang take action towards those servers alone rather than all of them.

20k euros.... Someone with a life could rent a house 2k a month for a couple months,buy food, water, and much more. Or just for something fake in a game. Only those servers should be stopped. Not servers like ccg. Most they charge is $273 CAN for a rank, and that is best rank on server. Wow....
