The chair in between good and evil
Ok so recently people have been complaining about out fabulous staff not being everywhere. People forget that they also have lives not related to CCG. So I think that they should have helpers. If a mod or admin feels that they have to much work, or might be to busy to to on minecraft, they can choose a player to be their helper. (A majority of staff have to agree with their choice) for all the game of thrones fans, the helper is like the hand of the king. They act with the word if the mod/admin they are assigned to. (They can choose not to if they wish) they cannot ban or mute. But they can kick. The point is that they have the *helper* prefix. So people know that even though they cannon ban or mute, they act with the staff's authority. For example some staff can go on forums but not do things on MC. They can ask their helper via PM to do something for them. Or if a riff member has a lot of work, and they are tagged in a report, they can ask their helper to check it out.

Just a idea and please put any opinions in comments! :)
