everyone has a chance to join and cubecraft decides how it goes but every map has a tournament and the winners get a free obbi rank

Your suggestion is a bit hard to understand, but are you suggesting an EggWars tournament that anyone can enter, and the winner will receive an Obsidian rank?

If this is your suggestion, I don't think it is a good idea. There are already players on the forums who host and setup tournaments for EggWars and other games (SkyWars, Minerware, etc.) Also, CubeCraft already does rank giveaways on special occasions so players can already receive a rank from there.
