So my suggestion is: If we are in a different lobby of Skywars etc... or even in a different games, if we could still send a message to a player...
E.g. I'm on Team Skywars Lobby 1 and my friend could be on Skywars Lobby 10 and I could be able to message him, like a whisper.

This was already suggested :) .
The problem is that it is veeerry difficult to do because of all the servers, yet it is possible.
