You're actually quite right, I am going to, if at all possible, shut this suggestion down. Because of this message sent by you, I have deeply considered the fact that you're right. You are very smart to make these sentences, regarding whether or not it should be illegal to beg. I am going to change my vote to "No, it should not be illegal for players to beg" and try to shut this suggestion down. Thank you for telling me why I am in the wrong.

It seems it is impossible to shut it down, but please, do not comment further. I think that the suggestion above is a bad idea.
