Java Make EggWars generators 2x faster to match Bedrock Edition.

Java Edition EggWars generators were obviously super slow on generation so we need to double the speed (200%).

I'm terrified by the thought of getting rushed on the 20th second since the game started.
This will lead to complete chaos.

I actually can't understand the reasons why they made them much faster on Bedrock, so I obviously disagree with bringing this to the Java network. I guess they decided to maintain the change there because the combat system is different and matches better with quickly rushing other islands, however, I don't want this change to be applied to Java.

Apparently it was a Bedrock bug that made the generators go 2x faster. Many people liked this so Story created a thread to hear if the community wanted to keep this speed or fix it as it was before, and the majority of users agreed not to fix this issue.
