Discord Make a separate java and bedrock looking for party chat

It's kinda annoying having to ask someone if they're on java or bedrock every time they ask if someone wants to play

I don't think this is necessary since the channel isn't particularly active and having two would make it even less so. Also, even though most people don't use it, there is a message template pinned for players to use.
