Lower ranks to vote in Skywars

I think it would be a good idea to low the necessary rank to vote. Most people buy Iron or Lapiz rank, but they can´t vote. If the minimum rank to vote is Iron for the time and Lapiz for chests (for example) probably more players will buy a rank

The whole point of allowing Gold+ to vote time and Diamond+ to vote for chest type is to encourage donations. If lower ranks could vote for them, the server would most likely receive less donations overall, as people would not want to donate past Lapiz rank.
