Lower cooldown grappling bow

Hi,

This will probably be my last thread on the forums (not sure if I'm going to do a goodbye-thread, but I'll see), but I've got a suggestion: lower the cooldown of the grappling bow. It's a very funny gadget, but I just think 15 seconds is too much for such a gadget.

Just drop your opinion and we'll see what comes out of this.

I need this gadget (but I think it's only for obsidian rankers ;( )
Anyways I agree. I would like to see this implemented on some other gadgets too.

I think it should be 5 seconds, because the gadget shouldn't be overused, like on hypixel. On hypixel you can literally fly with the grappling hook, so buying ranks to be able to fly is pretty pointless over there. Just reduce it to 5 seconds, and it would be fine.
