Web Lock the forums of removed games

Lock the forum sections of the removed games, so people can still read the threads but don't post new threads.

Now there'll just be loads of people starting to make threads in these sections where the game went.

Many of these games may return in the 2 week rotation, so if people want to discuss them in the interim, I think it’s best that they can post about them in the game’s forum section too keep things relevant and organised.
