hi, can someone help me: how does those effects work:

because when i wear it, i don't get the effects:

You need to unlock the whole Bunny Set to get those effects

 

[Hoshi]

Like stated above, you need to unlock and equip the entire set. Then, you will aquire the set effect. Note that sometimes you may have to rejoin a lobby in order to see the particles, because sometimes they may not show up for some odd reason.
