Java Let players vote on Eggwars maps

I suggest doing a public vote on which Eggwars maps players prefer and using the results to help adjust the current map rotation. This would give players more choice and could increase overall enjoyment. It would also allow the map rotation to better reflect what the community actually wants to play. Some maps are clearly more popular than others, so using player feedback could help improve the overall experience.

The voting could be done through either an in-game poll (ex. a temporary menu in the lobby) or on the forums or discord, allowing players to vote for the maps they enjoy most. The results could then be used to help adjust future map rotations.

I simply think that giving players a say in the map rotation would be beneficial and make Eggwars more enjoyable for most people.

Hello! Community votes were already being done on our discord server before any map rotation long time ago. However, we do not have map rotations anymore. Map rotations were stopped and all maps from the previous rotations have been enabled since the beginning of this year as stated in our CubeCap January 2026.

Oh I understand although I feel like some maps should appear more often. Does all maps appear in the same frequency?

Any map which is selected via the map selector automatically becomes available in this matchmaking system.
