Alright.

So I considered what you're saying, and for $800 you can't really get a good laptop. However, I found an excellent Windows 10 one from HP that's $1,150, which you can find here. (Best)

If you're determined to keep within your price range of $800, the best you could do would probably be this one. It won't be a godly laptop, but it's portable, and should play Minecraft on default settings with little to no lag on it. (Good)

If you are SURE you won't need 8GB and a Uber-Powerful processor, you could get away with this, most likely. It won't run any intensive games (Think Skyrim) but it should run Minecraft and business apps just fine. (Alright)

I'd recommend not trying to build your own laptop; Unlike towers, they usually contain very delicate and compact configurations, and while you could exchange video cards and RAM easily enough, trying to build one is a long, arduous process that isn't really worth the effort.

If you have any questions, just ask.

Check sites like PCSpecialist or ThinkPenguin, which allow you to customise your build and then build it for you. My current laptop is a PCSpecialist model (though my budget was higher, the equivalent of about 2.5k AUD) and that's been running awesome. (Also, with this sort of site, you can save money if you opt to go with Linux instead of buying a separate Windows licence, which you don't need unless there are specific games that use it (my desktop dual boots Win10 & Linux Mint because of things like Final Fantasy, Witcher 3, etc)
