Lag backs

So after playing on this server for awhile, I've seen that MANY games are unplayable due to all the lag backs. I've played so many games where there was 2 people left, including me, and I get lagged back, and fall to my death.

It's becoming unplayable, so is there any fix for this?

I don't think there is a way to fix this. This bug has been with Minecraft servers for awhile now.

@Insotant I don't think it is lag, I think it is when you jump at the very edge of the block and the server thinks your flying so it teleports you back to the place where you jumped.
