Keybord Buttons And non Allowed Words ¡ ñ ¿ Hacker

Well I have seen that here in mexico and in spain we use this letter "ñ" but when we write it down it says that it is not allowed to use it, and also this "¿¡" and when we want to warn about a hacker we are not allowed to say "hacker" can you please fix it?

I don't really know why some of them are banned in chat, but "hacker" is banned because too many people are using it and it just causes too much spam.

Well its true about Hacker but what about this ones?:
