  • We're running an internal migration of all old players' stats to our new highly advanced statistics tracking backend. This means that stat changes will be a bit delayed while we ingest this huge backlog of data. Nothing is being lost, it'll just take a bit longer to show up in the in-game UIs.

Hey peops

I know that it is weird if i suggest something for the staff but nvm.
I don't know if they already suggested this...
If i see in the staff list you have just normal mod and sr.mod but it would be great if you add Jr.Mod (Junior Moderator) just to let the new mods get a better feeling how it is as a moderator. What do you guys think about this ?

Thx zombie

Isn't helper junior mod? I don't think this is really needed. Also I don't think that there are any colors left.

That's exactly what a helper is. :p
Ik but it is just cool if you have like a Jr.mod how can have more commands then helpers but less commands then the moderators or just have more powers to check the player reports and etc

Trial Mod is a better thing I guess imo

also -1 not rlly needed
Yeah maybe but you would have a little difference between them like mod has more powers then jr.mod and jr.mod would have a little bit more powers then helper

That's pretty unnecessary imo, I get why you'd want more staff that can handle reports, but adding more helpers which eventually get mod would be easier. You'd need to manage jr.mods separately from mods for really no reason at all other than to avoid confusion between them and normal mods. Just overall unnecessary.

The 'Helper' staff rank does not have the power to /ban or /mute someone straight away as it is a very powerful command. The point of the rank is to pretty much keep the chats as clean as possible and to prepare them for the responsibilies of a Mod.

Another reason why 'Jr. Mod' is unnecessary is the trust factor. Our recruitment team is very picky and careful. That means if you're application is accepted, we trust that you're responsible enough and you have what it takes to eventually become a Moderator.

So yeah, in my opinion, a 'Jr. Mod' rank would only hinder the process of adding more Moderators to the team. Hope this clears things up.
