All Networks Making more staff ranks

I don't think this is a point that I'm allowed to talk to lol but I will cuz it's just my opinion,I see that staff ranks are very limited,it's now helper->mod->Sr.mod(think after this it's admin)
But you can make it like:
Helper->Jr.mod->Mod->Sr.mod-<Jr.admin->Admin that gives more trial time for the Jr

I think the way staff works at the moment is good and nothing needs to be changed. I'm not sure why they removed Jr. Moderator role as it used to be rank before Moderator, but from Helper to Moderator works well in my opinion.
Also it already requires a lot to become Admin in the first place, and it's not that common to see new people to join Admin team either, so I don't really think that Jr. Admin is something that Cubecraft needs either.
