I mean. That skin looked fine to me, but then I did some research on your name and now that I see some similarities. It may have been perceived as an anti-Semitic (Hitler) skin, here are some previous skins under your name:

It’s hard to make a judgment on it because it does look very similar to Hitler. But, I do think it should be okay as long at there is no Nazi sign or Hitler resemblance, it should totally be okay.
