Is this a known bug/glitch?

I was harvesting melons with my Level 8 enchanted iron axe, when suddenly my axe vanished. It definitely didn’t break, as it was at full strength, and nor did I get any warning that it was about to break. Just one minute, axe in hand. Next minute, axe gone.

I checked all around, just in case I'd inadvertently flung it into the melon farm whilst mining, but nope. Gone from my hand, my inventory, and skyblock world... Of course it had to be the level 8 enchanted one that vanishes.

I'll report it, but wondered if this was already known?

Hello,
Did you try to like to click the Hotbar in ur inventory where the axe was in?
Maybe it was just a visual bug that went invisible in ur inventory. If not then best to report it.

Yes, I tried that, and it was completely gone. I'll go report it then, as no-one else seems to have encountered the issue.
