Is teaming allowed if its a players only chance of winning?

Lets say its a 1v1v1. One person is really good and the other two are trying to work together because otherwise they will likely not win. Are they allowed to team?

Nope, teaming isn't allowed if it gives other players a disadvantage in anyway. If all 3 agreed to teaming then it would be allowed in that case. (Also moved to support)
