Is spawn trapping bannable?

a player decided to trap me and camp there at my base forever with obsidian, camped at my base without hitting my egg until he had all the resources and then left me to idle only i left before he went inside.
i had this happen to me in bedrock.

i just realised i cant report the username by jesus txus which is odd, because i've chosen bedrock, have all the details set up, but the name jesus txus is stated as never logged into the server, any help?

Replace the space in the username with %20.
This is how it should be done: jesus%20txus
