Escalated Inform players that health regeneration is disabled in UHC duel kits

In the duel kits UHC and OP UHC, natural health regeneration is disabled (as you would expect from the name). However, when the kit is chosen by random, you never get to see the name (and most new players can't even select the kit manually at all).
I see many players that try to regenerate by eating the steak, which is of course completely useless. I think it's not intuitive, there should be a message at the start of the game informing you that natural regeneration is disabled.

Agreed, this would make the game more fun for new players and players who don't even know health regeneration is disabled.

I agree! I see so much people trying to chug steak.
