Why can't screenshots be attached directly to Player Reports like in Game Discussions or Feedback & Suggestions?

From what I understand it’s because they'll have to share the evidence with the player who was banned, so they can see what evidence was used against them and appeal later. I think that’s why they require a third-party upload, so the evidence can be shared.

Yes I can. However, such evidence is not usually accepted a screenshot from the computer itself is required.
