I joined a game of SkyWars the same frame that it started. The cage never disappeared lol.

This is a common bug I encounter. When this happens I usually leave the game because even if I break out of the cage, the server freezes and all you can do is chat, even /hub or /leave don’t work. So all I can do then is leave the server and rejoin.

If you want, you can always report this as a bug. Please provide more evidence in your bug report.
Check the bug report page [here]. (video evidence would be needed to check your bug an try to fix it.)
Or when it occurs again try to record it.
