Hello, my name is wesley and i am here to talk to my friend,

he was banned from the server on Nov 15 2016. and he got a ban, but it said that his punishment was expired.

so i wanna know if he is still gonna be banned.

No, he should no longer be banned. If he was, the ban would most likely be permanent and he would still be able to appeal (unless he used his appeal already) but this shouldn't be the case.
