It's an Invisi-cape! This cape is one of the most powerful capes of all time! It has many secret abilities :-
Abilities- Is only visible to the owner, and invisible to other cubecrafters.
It is the most uncommon cape. It is rarely used, but who knows? Maybe everyone is wearing an invisi-cape but no one can see it. Besides the pan-cape, it is the second-best cape in the entire minecraft history.
I have only 1 word to say- Spectacular!
