I dont have all my perks

Hello,
I reasently bought diamond donor, but I can to the conclusion that I dont have all my perks.
Like:
- I cant vote the time in Team-Skywars (But I can do it in normal skywars)
- I cant pick a spawn point in PVP (It says I need to be a donor)

I didn't tried the other games jet, so it could be possible that I'm also missing stuff there.
I hope that this could get fixed.
