The image is fake, that's not even a screenshot. If you can read, it clearly says that making a screenshot of that screen IS NOT proof of your purchase

Im sorry but this is not the proof that you buy this rank everybody can go to the CCG store and then type after the link in the URL bar ''complete'' so you het this screen so this is not proof that you bought your rank...

Also the post clearly says its not a proof of purchase so even if this was real that image wouldnt be valid
