I cant see the Animated Frames

This is a bug from minecraft. I had the same problems too. Rejoining the server or disable optifine or turning off shaders are not the reasons Why you have This. About a couple Days it might be fixed.

Walk forward same thing happenes on Hypickle or Minehut
Reload texture pack/remove it
Re-logg

If all of these things still not work try to reinstall minecraft. Go to the %appdata% folder then to the minecraft folder. Make a backup of everything that's important like your singleplayer worlds and stuff. Reinstall minecraft after this. Not just the launcher but the whole minecraft folder!

I would suggest leaving and rejoining the server, if that does not work, restart your Minecraft.

I have that same problem. But as @ItsDavey_ says, hopefully it works over a few days.

I'v heard that it's a bug within the game, you should be able to see if again after a re-launch.
