When I talk to the npc 'kymeriel' on top of the Alunore archives I don't get the item she trys to give me.

see if you can still do the quest though. This happened to me when talking to the king and I did the rest of the quest and eventually got the item I was supposed to.

There is no quest the npc is bugged you’ll have to wait till it’s fixed.
