How to get the YOUTUBER rank!

So to stop the spam about the Youtuber rank , I decided to create a thread explaining how to get it.

- You will need 40000 subs
- 4 videos recorded on our server network ( With IP ! )

I know but that one is on Off Topic > Media , a Place where people don`t ask for the youtuber rank.
Most people ask it here on Suggestions because its the first place they can write so it would be nice if they had a post about the Youtuber rank here :)
