How to add multiple names into 'team' ban

I was reporting a cross-teamer earlier and I tried to put two names in a single report bar. I tried using commas, spaces, 'and' symbols but none of these worked so may I ask how do you do this? *if you don't know how to that's fine (obviously) and thanks in advance. I have contacted a few mods and admins but pestering was probably not a great idea and I AM TRULY SORRY so I decided to come to everyone here, the FORUM!

I think the moderator looking at your report, will just be smart enough to ban both the players..

First of all, you are supposed to select 'Teaming' as the offence. Then click on 'Add more users', which will add more fields and allow you to attach up to 4 additional usernames of players you're willing to report.
